3 Month Fitness Boot Camp to get yourself back to fitness!
If you are willing to commit and invest in yourself for 3 months you will be amazed at the results you will personally achieve !
3 early morning daytime sessions a week in a small exclusive group of 6. Classes will be compiled of basic martial arts conditioning exercises as if preparing for competition.
